We know it’s important to legally protect our business but it can seem overwhelming, expensive and super intimidating. We can get lost in the legal jargon and convince ourselves that we can “figure it out” ourselves in order to save some money. Natalie is here to help us get our businesses legally sound so we can grow with less worry and fear. She’ll be covering:

1. The different types of business entities and which one is right for your biz
2. Which contracts you need when working with clients in person and online
3. Which contracts you need to sell any type of product online
4. How to protect your intellectual property with a trademark

Meet Natalie Puglisi: Natalie has been a lawyer for almost a decade, and an entrepreneur for over 5 years. She knows how important it is to make sure your business is legally legit. She will cover from trademarks, to copyright law, to LLC filing so you can have the solid legal foundation your business deserves to thrive and scale with peace of mind.
