Engaging Keynotes That Turn Audiences Into Leads

How do you create a keynote so engaging that audience members line up to talk to you and event planners want you back?

Today’s most successful speakers don’t just deliver content. They create experiences that spark connection, energy, and action.

In this highly interactive session, keynote speaker Janice Litvin will show you exactly how she designs engagement into her presentations to drive audience response and generate real business opportunities.

First, Janice will deliver her signature keynote, Banish Burnout™: Move from Stress to Success, so you can experience her engagement strategies in real time.

Then, she’ll break down the specific techniques she used, so you can apply them to your own presentations.

Finally, you’ll collaborate in small groups to generate ideas you can immediately use to elevate your audience engagement and grow your speaking business.

About Janice Litvin

Janice Litvin helps leaders and teams prevent burnout in their organizations. She does this through keynotes, workshops, and coaching.

Before becoming a speaker, she grew up in tech, from programmer to consultant to trainer and recruiter.

During the 2008 meltdown, which she considers a blessing in disguise, she needed something new to do. So she went to the gym to exercise her body and her mind. There she found Zumba Fitness and that sparked her idea of becoming a workplace well-being coach and speaker. After a couple of years, a client asked her to deliver a presentation about stress management by saying, “We don’t want mindfulness or meditation. We want you to go deep.” Deep she went into cognitive psychology and her Banish Burnout program was born.

Eventually she wrote two books Banish Burnout Toolkit (a workbook) and Banish Organizational Burnout: 26 Tips for Managers and uses those to deliver more value and after-care, as Lois Creamer often says.

Janice is past president of her NSA Nor Cal Chapter and enjoys supporting her chapter by recruiting new members and filling seats.
