Michelle Villalobos, MBA, CSP, is the host of the Awaken Your Inner Superstar Podcast, and creator of several programs to help mission-driven Superstars step into greater purpose, passion, and prosperity. Her mission is to ACTIVATE these influencers, thought leaders, and expert entrepreneurs to scale their businesses in joyful, energy rich ways. She helps them design and develop the ALIGNED business models, revenue streams, and marketing strategies, as well as the beliefs, and behaviors that drive INCOME for them, and IMPACT for the world.
During her 14+ years in business, Michelle’s most popular programs include: Work & Play, Every Day; Make Them Beg Personal Branding Program; and Sales As Service; among others. Today and for the past 7 years, her flagship program is the Superstar Business Breakthrough, during which participants design and develop a whole new “Big Back End” business model, revenue streams, and 90-day plan – in just 3 days. She also recently launched her new online course: Retreats to Riches.
Michelle discovered her Big Back End framework 7 years ago when her business came crashing down and she realized that, like most experts, selling time for money had made her a slave to her business, and that she couldn’t scale without sacrifice.
She decided to try something new. With the help of a mentor, she developed a retreat model, and a 1-year mastermind AKA: the “Big Back End.” Within 14 months, business had quadrupled, and Michelle had her life back. Since then, she has spent 7 years adjusting, improving, and tweaking, the model, as well as teaching it and gathering her clients’ best practices.
Michelle was named by The Miami Herald as one of Miami’s “Top 20 Under 40,” and in 2013, she won The Miami Herald Business Plan Challenge. Michelle has been featured on the front page of the Chicago Tribune Business Section, and has been in/on CNN en Español, Lifetime TV, Forbes Magazine, Fortune Magazine, and more. Michelle also founded “The Women’s Success Summit,” which was Miami’s largest conference for entrepreneurial women for 8 years. Michelle is in her 7th year as a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and is one of relatively few female members of its Million Dollar Speakers Group. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and has been chosen to present to audiences of her esteemed colleagues at the Annual NSA Winter Conference, CSP Summit, Influence Conference, several local chapters, and she cochaired NSA Brand Lab in 2017.
